Greetings from Cat City Meow Meow!

"Anih agah amu"... means "how are you" in Bidayuh, a local Dayak community in Sarawak.

Last weekend, we had an opportunity to sample participants and officials of the Sarawak International Regatta held at the Kuching Waterfront. The event is held every year in conjunction with the Kuching Festival.

This year, Kuching City is celebrating its 21st birthday since it was elevated to city status in 1st August 1988. And of course, we didn't want to miss out on this special occasion.

So we were there to energise the participants....

and the Council staff on duty that day....

That's all for now from Kuching ME Team, "panu tayu" means "goodbye" in Bidayuh.
